Dr. Mandy Jairell, D.C. CACCP

Dr. Mandy Jairell, D.C. CACCP, is the only Chiropractor in the Laramie area with her pediatric Chiropractic certification from the Academy of Family Practice (CACCP). She is also Webster Certified through the ICPA, increasing her knowledge of the pelvic floor and positioning for an easier pregnancy and birthing process.

She believes that wellness doesn’t come with a “standard,” rather that it is made up of each piece of a person’s individual needs and desires. Health should be evaluated at an approach that understands every person as a whole, not just pieces. Using this gentle approach, Dr. Mandy is able to help others with their health journey, whether it is to feel better, function better, or maintain the best level of health.

Dr. Mandy understands that it is important to get kids in for adjustments to help with their development; the earlier the better! She believes that adjusting our youth not only helps them, but our community to be a healthier, happier, and better connected society for all future generations as well. She loves adjusting and removing interference from the spines of, “children” of all ages.

Dr. Mandy has always had a desire to work within the health field. She started as a certified nursing assistant, was then an Athletic trainer/Sports Medicine for Laramie High School, the University of Wyoming, and Justin Sports Medicine for the PBRA. She holds a Bachelors in Kinesiology with a specialization in Sports Medicine through the University of Wyoming. Following her undergraduate degree, Dr. Mandy completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker University in Dallas, Texas. She then returned, “home” to open Aspen Family Chiropractic in 2011.

Dr. Mandy has created a Chiropractic clinic where her patients are informed and understand the importance of Chiropractic care, and optimum functionality. Her main focus is connecting a person with their true potential in life, and does this through connecting the brain and body.

When she is not in the office, you can see Dr. Mandy spending time with her husband, Darl, her daughter Izadola (Izzy) and her two ‘fur babies,’ Forrest and Ludo. They enjoy playing games, reading books, travelling the world, volunteering their time, and just spending time together as a family. And there is always room for Ol’ Rag Time Joe and a, “Go Pokes” cheer!

Hi, my name is Kenadi Olaveson and I am the Office and Tech Chiropractic Assistant here at Aspen Family Chiropractic. I’m currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in Finance at the University of Wyoming. I’m a Laramie native and love spending time in the beautiful Wyoming outdoors. I prioritize health and wellness in my passions of lifting, hiking, cooking, and reading. Chiropractic has been a part of my life for a long time and will continue to be well into the future.

I have always been a little skeptical of chiropractors. I have been to several in the past and it was always a good crack to the neck and that was that. My wife heard of Aspen family from a close personal friend and immediately wanted to get an exam to help with her chronic neck pain. I told her not to expect much but the difference in her health has been night and day. She used to struggle to do simple tasks because her neck would get hurt so easily. She couldn’t even turn her head to merge into traffic while driving. The last couple months have given her such relief. We love Dr. Mandy! She has been such a blessing to our family. My son has been walking with a limp for as long as I can remember and he is almost 13. I assumed it was a learned behavior and it wasn't until I started seeing her for my own chronic neck problems that I began to wonder if my son may be struggling with a structural issue. I got his scans done and wow his body was kind of crooked! I started him on a plan right away and Mandy has done wonders for him. She genuinely cares about me and my family and it shows every time we go. If you have kiddos with issues of any kind, Aspen Family is the place to go. I have struggled with neck pain since high school and pretty much gave up on ever getting significant relief. I have gone to chiropractors my whole life but Dr. Mandy see’s people as whole people. She listens to you in a way that is difficult to come by anymore. No matter how many people are in the office, she is fully present with you and takes her time every time. The staff are welcoming and warm every time you walk through the door. For the first time in many years, I can turn my head to merge lanes while driving and I don’t have to turn my whole body! Dr Mandy is the first physician I have had dedicated to my health and recovery and not just “til next time” or just ringing the cash register! She is laser focused on all aspects of the patients health and has the depth of knowledge to back it up. Kristi moves mountains to get you in when your schedule allows it and makes payments a breeze.
